How do I mail or fax the documents you requested?
Although we’re an online auto insurance company, there may be times when we require you to send us documents concerning your auto insurance policy that cannot be transmitted online. Some examples of these documents include proof of prior insurance, odometer readings, or proof that you qualify for an auto insurance policy discount. In these cases, we ask that you mail or fax us these documents.
While some people are addicted to technology, others enjoy the occasional use of snail mail for their correspondence. If this description applies to you, then you can send your documents to the following address:

If you see your fax machine as the next best thing to email, Esurance has got an option for you too. You can fax your proof of prior insurance to 1-800-429-7905. All other documents can be faxed to 1-800-926-2869.
